The Friends of Ann Kiley Center is composed of family members and friends of the people who live at the Ann Kiley Center. As a 501 (c) (3) not for profit organization receiving no federal or state funds, we are proactive in supporting legislation for the benefit and welfare of persons with developmental disabilities, especially those at Ann Kiley Center. We urge everyone to join us in meeting these goals. We engage in fundraising to finance the mission of our organization, which is advocacy for all persons who receive and have received services at the Ann Kiley Center and/or all other state operated developmental centers in Illinois. We support the professionally trained and dedicated staff who maintain the highest standards in the field.
Our board of directors meet at Ann Kiley Center on the third Sunday of each month, except for the months of June, August, and December. General membership meetings are held in March, June, and October.
Our success depends on the cooperation of all parents and guardians in this endeavor. Because there is strength in numbers, if you are not an active member at this time we urge your participation by joining us. You may use the application form contained on this web site in order to become a member.
We thank you for your support!
